Bauhaus Open 2010

International Symposium

As places of research, teaching and new impetus, all over the world schools of architecture reflect essential aspects of the professional image of young architects, who often enlarge their practical and theoretical international experience already while studying. Which impacts have new ideas on much more internationalized studies? With which concepts do we support the perspectives of our future graduates?

The International Symposium BAUHAUS OPEN 2010 at the Bauhaus-Universität Weimar has invited distinguished architects and teachers from internationally well-known universities to give talks on their work as architects or teachers and to engage in discussions with students and colleagues on the subject of study programmes and collaboration between architectural faculties worldwide.
