Dear all

Hope you having good time . Our next student council meeting is scheduled on 21.07 at 18:00. I share with you temporary agenda (as some people had problem accessing cloud i share it here )
That's agenda at the moment.


1. Selection of New student representative for steering committee ?

Possible timeline:
Nominations/interest : July
Voting: August
Onboarding training:  Theo/Davide schedule later
Next steering committee meeting :5th September

2. Nomination of 2 students to work with work package 3 in creating bauhaus4eu course

3. Nomination of 1 student representative to work with task force on connecting with global  and Ukrainian partner

4. Nomination of 1 new public relations officer

5. Nomination of 1 new Social engagement and diversity officer

6. lack of representation from (Portugal, Lyon 2 )

7. update on event
Currently due availability of professor , funding response delay event is rescheduled for march

8. Update on charter and green paper

9. update on alliance student ambassador for EUvoice in Poland

10. Possibility of creating Advisory board on WhatsApp or linkedin(In last public relations meeting idea to have student alumini network on linkedin was proposed , she said she will get back on it )

note:
Advisory board: formal group of people who were in student council but graduated but continue to advise council in matter of importance.

alumini network: is more casual group of all ex student council representative who graduated


11. Possible use of B4EU and friends group

12. Update from public relations like nominations of student for jury of the competition .
