[Bauhausballert] Jahresabschluss 24/25

[StuKo Finanzen]

Liebe Alle,

wir sind gerade dabei das letzte Haushaltsjahr abzuschließen und 
brauchen von euch, den Finanzverantwortlichen, etwas Hilfe :)

Was genau brauchen wir?

Das im Anhang angefügte Dokument ist der Rechenschaftsbericht zum 
Jahresabschluss.

I. Füllt bitte die Stichpunkte strukturelle Rechenschaft aus.

II. Eure Ausgaben und Einnahmen sind als nächstes aufgeführt: 
StuKo-Mittel, Eigenmittel und Drittmittel. Die Tabellen sind das, was 
wir von euch im Laufe das Jahres übermittelt bekommen haben. Schaut 
bitte einmal drüber, ob das übereinstimmt mit euren Mitschriften.

III. Ihr habt vielleicht doch noch Eigenmittel oder Drittmittel, die wir 
verzeichnen müssen? Dann tragt das bitte noch nach

IV. Eure Unterschrift - unterschreibt einmal das Dokument und schickt es 
uns zurück.

Danke im Voraus! Bitte erledigt das bis zum 24.04.2025.

We are just about to close the last financial year and need some help 
from you, the financial managers :)

What exactly do we need?

The attached document is the report on the annual accounts.

I. Please fill in the key points of structural accountability.

II. Your expenses and income are listed next: StuKo funds, own funds, 
and third-party funds. The tables are what we have received from you 
over the course of the year. Please have a look over them to see if they 
correspond with your notes.

III. Perhaps you still have your own funds or third-party funds that we 
need to record? Then, please complete the table.

IV. Your signature - sign the document once and send it back to us.
