Dear Initiatives,

Following our first Initiative Briefing, we are sending you

- the presentation from the Initiative Briefing
- the necessary forms for your application as an Initiative
- the updated Guidelines for Initiatives
- information about Freshers' Week, Freshers' Bags and City Rally
- information about the movie lounge

If you have not yet registered for one of the Initiative Briefings, 
please do so as soon as possible at the following link:

Participation is necessary in order to obtain initiative status.


Freshers' week

If you have any questions about Freshers' week, please contact 
freshersweek at m18.uni-weimar.de.

The deadline for providing items that you would like to have in the 
Freshers' bags is 23 September. Please drop off the items at the office 
with a note indicating your name and the name of your Initiative.

The city rally will take place on 7.10. If you would like to have a 
stand, please also contact the Freshersweek team 
(freshersweek at m18.uni-weimar.de).


Movielounge

The Movielounge is currently still in the planning stage. The date is 9 
October. There will again be an opportunity for you to present your 
Initiative. As soon as the planning has been finalised, we will provide 
you with further information.
