[Bauhausballert] Hinweis zur politischen Neutralität

Dear initiatives and units,

Due to current events, we would like to point out that we as StuKo, and 
therefore also you, are obliged to maintain party-political neutrality. 
This applies in particular during times of election campaigns.
This obligation already exists, but is not yet included in the Ini 
guidelines - we will add this as soon as possible.
(The obligation arises from the fact that we are a sub-structure of the 
university, which is obliged to maintain party-political neutrality)

This does not mean that the StuKo (and everyone who belongs to it) is 
not allowed to take a political position - we are just not allowed to be 
party-political. It is even our task to contribute to political 
education - if you are planning political events or are unsure about 
something, please do not hesitate to contact us.

If you have any questions, please get in touch.
If there is a need for discussion, please come to the StuKo meeting on 
18.02.25.

/Liebe Initiativen und liebe Referate,/

/aus aktuellem Anlass möchten wir euch darauf hinweisen, dass wir als 
StuKo und damit auch ihr, zu parteipolitischer Neutralität verpflichtet 
sind. Dies gilt insbesondere in Wahlkampfzeiten.
Diese Verpflichtung besteht bereits, findet sich so aber noch nicht in 
den Ini-Richtlinien - wir werden dies schnellstmöglich ergänzen.
(Die Verpflichtung ergibt sich daraus, dass wir eine Teilkörperschaft 
der Uni sind und die ist zu parteipolitischer Neutralität verpflichtet)/

/Dies bedeutet nicht, dass der StuKo (und alle die dazu gehört) keine 
politische Position beziehen darf - wir dürfen nur nicht parteipolitisch 
sein. Es ist sogar unsere Aufgabe zur politischen Bildung beizutragen - 
falls ihr politische Veranstaltungen plant oder euch bei etwas unsicher 
seid kommt gerne auf uns zu./
