Liebe Inis und Gruppen,

entschuldigt bitte, dass ihr so lange auf diese Mail warten musstet.


Ich habe anbei ein paar Infos für euch, wie ihr euch in die Erstiwoche 
einbringen könnt, um neue Mitglieder zu finden und vielen Erstis ein 
warmes Willkommen in Weimar zu bescheren.

Erstmal noch zur Vorbereitung: Ihr könnt noch bis zum 30. etwas zum 
Erstibeutel beisteuern - falls das nicht schon passiert ist. 
Ansprechperson dafür ist Simone.braun at uni-weimar.de

Am Dienstag, 5.10. findet die Stadtralley statt, wenn ihr da noch Lust 
habt eine Station zu machen, meldet euch gerne bis Freitag bei 
pascal.amaury.schwoerer at uni-weimar.de (mobil: 015170128431).

Am Mittwoch, 6.10. finden am Nachmittag Mixed Activities in Gruppen 
statt, wenn ihr da Lust habt mitzumachen: Bietet einen Workshop an, 
macht einen interessanten Stadtspaziergang, macht einen Spielenachmittag 
- idealerweise draußen ;) Erstis tragen sich nach Interesse in Listen 
von max. 15 Personen ein. Deadline ist wieder der Freitag.

Am Donnerstagabend findet ab 18 Uhr die Movielounge statt. Die wird das 
erste mal draußen auf dem Campus vor dem Hauptgebäude statt - Dort gibts 
nettes Zusammenkommen mit Kurzfilmen und ihr könnt an Ständen mit 
kleinen Aktionen euch als Ini darstellen. Ich habe hier noch einen

. Ich freue mich über kurzes Feedback zu der Standaufteilung, das ist 
alles noch nicht in Stein gemeißelt und es kann jeder Zeit angepasst 
werden :)
Da wir wegen der Freiluftveranstaltung ein bisschen besser planen 
müssen, möchte ich euch bitten bis Samstag zu schreiben: Wie viele Leute 
(Vorname, Nachname) werdet ihr am Stand sein? Wie viele Tische, Stühle 
braucht ihr? Braucht ihr Zugang zu Strom? Braucht ihr sonstige Technik? 
Für den Schutz vor Regen habe ich mit Pavillons geplant - die 
Stuko-Technik hat welche und das Referat Kulturveranstaltungen will noch 
welche kaufen, aber jedes Referat, was einen eigenen 
Regenschutz/Pavillon hat, oder sogar welche abgeben kann (Looking at 
you, SKHC ;) ), wäre toll wenn sie das mitbringen könnten.
Aufbau wird am Tag selber ab 16 Uhr anfragen. Ich möchte euch bitten, 
euren 3G-Status beim Ankommen bei mir zu hinterlegen und euch an das 
Hygienekonzept zu halten, das findet ihr hier

Ich würde mir wünschen, dass jede Ini ihren Stand irgendwie selber 
aufgebaut kriegt, ich weiß noch nicht wie viel Unterstützung ich sonst 
so bekomme.

Last but not least: Am Freitag ist dann die Erstiparty, da freuen wir 
uns über Unterstützung von Menschen bei 
Bar/Einlass/Ordner*Innen-Schichten.

Wollt ihr noch irgendwelche Flyer/Poster (s/w) im Stukobüro drucken?

nächsten Copyshop und reicht halt die Rechnung ein :)
Wollt ihr vor Beginn der Erstiwoche nochmal eure Website aufpolieren

Ich möchte mich jetzt schon ganz herzlich bei euch bedanken für euer 
Interesse und euer Engagement - ich weiß, dass die Ehrenamtsarbeit sehr 
unter der Corona-Pandemie gelitten hat, aber wir schaffen das gemeinsam 
dem zum Trotz eine tolle Erstiwoche auf die Beine zu stellen.

Dear Inis and Groups,

I am sorry that you had to wait so long for this mail.

I have enclosed some information for you on how you can get involved in 
the Erstiwoche in order to find new members and to give many first-year 
students a warm welcome to Weimar.

First of all, in preparation: You can still contribute something to the 
"Erstibeutel" until the 30th - if you haven't already done so. Contact

On Tuesday, 5.10. the city rally will take place, if you still want to 
do a station, please contact pascal.amaury.schwoerer at uni-weimar.de 
(mobile: 015170128431) until Friday.

On Wednesday, 6.10. in the afternoon there will be Mixed Activities in 
groups, if you want to participate: Offer a workshop, do an interesting 
city walk, do a game afternoon - ideally outside ;) First-timers sign up 
for lists of max. 15 persons according to their interest. Deadline is

On Thursday evening the Movielounge will take place from 6pm. It will 
take place for the first time outside on the campus in front of the main 
building - there will be a nice get-together with short films and you 
can present yourselves as an Ini at booths with small actions. I have 
made a preliminary stand plan here:

feedback about the booth layout, it's not set in stone yet and it can be 
adjusted anytime :)
Since we need to plan a bit better because of the outdoor event, I would 
like to ask you to write until Saturday: How many people (first name, 
last name) will you be at the booth? How many tables, chairs do you 
need? Do you need access to electricity? Do you need any other 
equipment? For protection from rain I have planned with pavilions - 
Stuko-Technik has some and the department of cultural events wants to 
buy some, but any department that has its own rain protection/pavilion, 
or even can give some (Looking at you, SKHC ;) ), would be great if they 
could bring that.
Set up will request on the day itself from 4pm. I would like to ask you 
to leave your 3G status with me when you arrive and stick to the hygiene

I would like to thank you for your interest and your commitment - I know 
that the volunteer work has suffered a lot from the Corona pandemic, but 
together we'll manage to put together a great Freshers' Week.
