Hallo liebe Film-Ini!

Ganz zu Anfang möchten wir uns ganz herzlich bei Euch für die schöne 
Movielounge in der Ersti-Woche bedanken!
Und damit einher geht ein Herzliches Willkommen an alle Erstis und 
Neu-Beigetretenen der Film-Initiative Weimar!
Es war sehr beeindruckend zu sehen wieviele Leute Lust haben Film und 
Video zu machen. Die kreative Kultur in Weimar ist stark geprägt durch 
euch - Studierende, die audio-visuelle Arbeiten kreieren.
In jedem Semester wird sehr viel produziert, von Animationsfilmen, über 
Werbeclips, Musikvideos, bis hin zu Kurzfilmen und teilweise sogar 
Spielfilmen. Umso mehr freut es uns so viele neue Gesichter zu sehen, 
die neue Energie, neue Ideen und neue Inspiration in diese Community 
bringen.

/Eine kurze //Erklärung zu uns, der Film-Intitiative/:
Die Film-Ini wurde 2018 von 6 Studierenden aus den Studiengängen MKG, VK 
und Medienkultur gegründet.
Seither ist ihr vorrangiges Ziel die Vernetzung und Förderung aller 
Filmschaffenden in Weimar.
Der Vorstand der Film-Ini (wir hier hinter dieser Mail) setzt sich 
aktuell aus folgenden Leuten zusammen:
Cornelius Kreuzwirth, Lilly Fruth, Leon Brandt, Aaron Möbius, Mavie 
Beisheim, Valentin Bolte, Sanoj, Jules Schöffel, Carlotta Schröder.

*1. Film-Ini-Verteiler*
Der Mail-Verteiler ist das wichtigste Feature des Netzwerks. Im 
Verteiler sind aktuell fast 300 Mitglieder, aus allen Semestern, aus 
fast allen Studiengängen, der Bauhaus-Uni. (nice.)
Über die Adresse /film-ini at m18.uni-weimar.de/ erreicht ihr uns, den 
Vorstand der Film-Ini. Für Fragen jeglicher Art, Jobangebote, egal was, 
könnt ihr uns hier schreiben - wir sind hier um zu helfen.
Über die Adresse /film-ini-verteiler at m18.uni-weimar.de/ erreicht ihr 
alle Menschen des Verteilers direkt. Ihr könnt also für Crew-Gesuche, 
Hilfe-Anfragen oder sonstigem an diese Adresse schreiben, um alle 
Mitglieder zu erreichen. Wenn ihr dies tut, müssen wir eure Mail nur 
noch fix genehmigen und schon ist sie verteilt an alle Mitglieder der Liste.

Da ihr diese Mail erhaltet, seid ihr im Verteiler eingeschrieben. Wenn 
ihr eure Einstellungen ändern wollt, euch aus dem Verteiler austragen 
wollt oder sich neue Personen eintragen wollen, findet ihr die

*2. Film-Ini-Verzeichnis*
Das Verzeichnis ist der zweite große Teil des Netzwerkes. Im Verzeichnis 
könnt ihr euch eintragen, dazu euren Kontakt, gepaart mit euren Skills 
in allen Bereichen des Filmemachens.
Dieses Verzeichnis ermöglicht es euch und anderen, sich gegenseitig 
schnell für Projekte zu finden.
Das Verzeichnis ist nicht öffentlich - nur Leute, die eingetragen sind, 
erhalten Zugriff auf das Verzeichnis.

Falls ihr Interesse habt, Teil dieses Verzeichnisses zu werden und 
darauf Zugriff zu haben wollt, könnt ihr euch gerne in folgende 
Online-Liste eintragen:

Wir werden dann so bald wie möglich eure Daten in die richtige Liste

Für alle, die nicht mehr Teil der Liste sein möchten, schreibt eine 
kurze Mail an uns und wir nehmen euch raus.

*3. Film-Ini-Technik-Rental
*Die Film-Ini legt sich jedes neue Jahr Technik zu, die wir euch 
kostenlos zur Verfügung stellen. Darunter ist Produktions-, Masken-, 
Kostüm- oder Kameraequipment.
Die Technik soll unsere Universitäts-Ausleihen ergänzen und Essentielles 
leichter zugänglich machen.

*4. Film-Ini-Veranstaltungen
*Wir organisieren und vermitteln für euch Veranstaltungen. Dazu zählen 
allen voran öffentliche Treffen der Film-Initative, in denen wir 
zusammen kommen und uns über News, Projekte und alles Mögliche 
austauschen. Das nächste Treffen kommt bald - ihr erfahrt davon per Mail! :)
Wir möchten euch connecten, fördern und weiterbilden und organisieren 
daher auch gerne Workshops oder andere Formate. Falls ihr Vorschläge 
oder Interessen habt, sagt gerne Bescheid!

Hello dear Film-Ini!

First of all, we would like to thank you very much for the wonderful 
Movielounge during the Freshers' Week!
And with that, a warm welcome to all first-year students and new members 
of the Film-Initiative Weimar!
It was very impressive to see how many people want to make film and 
video. The creative culture in Weimar is strongly influenced by you - 
students who create audio-visual works.
A lot is produced every semester, from animated films to commercials, 
music videos, short films and sometimes even feature films. We are all 
the more pleased to see so many new faces who bring new energy, new 
ideas and new inspiration to this community.

*A short explanation about us, the Film-Initiative:*
The Film-Ini was founded in 2018 by 6 students from the MKG, VK and 
Media Culture degree programmes.
Since then, their primary goal has been to network and promote all 
filmmakers in Weimar.
The board of the Film-Ini (we here behind this mail) is currently 
composed of the following people:
Cornelius Kreuzwirth, Lilly Fruth, Leon Brandt, Aaron Möbius, Mavie 
Beisheim, Valentin Bolte, Sanoj, Jules Schöffel, Carlotta Schröder.

Now for the exciting part: *WHAT DOES THE FILM-INI DO?*

*1. Film-Ini mailing list*
The mailing list is the most important feature of the network. There are 
currently almost 300 members on the mailing list, from all semesters, 
from almost all courses of study, at the Bauhaus University. (nice.)
You can reach us, the board of the Film-Ini, via the address 
film-ini at m18.uni-weimar.de. For questions of any kind, job offers, 
whatever, you can write us here - we are here to help.
Via the address film-ini-verteiler at m18.uni-weimar.de you can reach all 
the people on the distribution list directly. So you can write to this 
address for crew requests, help requests or anything else to reach all 
members. If you do this, we just have to approve your mail and it is 
distributed to all members of the list.

As you receive this mail, you are subscribed to the mailing list. If you 
want to change your settings, unsubscribe from the mailing list or if 
new people want to subscribe, you can do so

*2. **Film-Ini index*
The directory is the second major part of the network. In the directory 
you can register yourself, your contact and your skills in all areas of 
filmmaking.
This directory allows you and others to quickly find each other for 
projects.
The directory is not public - only people who are registered will have 
access to the directory.

If you are interested in becoming part of this directory and would like 
to have access to it, you are welcome to join the following online list:

We will then add your details to the correct list as soon as possible

*3. Film-Ini Equipment Rental*
Every year, the Film-Ini acquires equipment that we make available to 
you free of charge. This includes production, make-up, costume and 
camera equipment.
The equipment is intended to complement our university loans and make 
essentials more accessible.

*4. **Film-Ini events*
We organise and arrange events for you. These include, first and 
foremost, public meetings of the Film Initiative, where we get together 
and talk about news, projects and all sorts of things. The next meeting 
is coming soon - you'll hear about it by email! :)
We would like to connect, promote and educate you and therefore also 
like to organise workshops or other formats. If you have any suggestions 
or interests, please let us know!

welcome! As a Film-Ini board member you are the core of Weimar's film

special because of its valuable commitment to film and you can get 
involved :) PS: it also looks good on your CV...
