Liebe Referate, liebe Initiativen der M18!

Nächste Woche Donnerstag am 20.04. ist die studentische Vollversammlung 
von 16 bis 18 Uhr an der M18, unsere letzte Veranstaltung der Welcome 
Back Week.

Was ist das?
Die studentische Vollversammlung ist das größte basisdemokratische 
Instrument der studentischen Selbstverwaltung. Das Referat Finanzen 
stellt den Finanzbericht vor und im Anschluss kann mit der gesamten 
Studierendenschaft darüber diskutiert werden. Das klingt irgendwie 
krass, leider war es die letzten Male immer ein bisschen klein. Daher 
wollen wir den Anlass nutzen, um die M18 etwas lockerer zu bespielen und 
einen schönen Nachmittag mit offenem Café, mit Vorstellung der 
Gremienarbeit und vor allem mit Wahlwerbung zu verbinden,

Die Vollversammlung stellt somit eine ideale Gelegenheit dar, um über 
aktuell hochschulpolitische Themen zu diskutieren und bietet darüber 
hinaus für Euch als Initiativen und Referate der M18 die Möglichkeit 
neue Mitglieder für eure Arbeit zu interessieren und anzuwerben. 
Deshalb:
Macht auf das Event aufmerksam! Teilt die Posts auf Instagram und 
Mund-zu-Mund-Propaganda hilft ebenso.
Ihr sucht Mitglieder und habt unbesetzte Posten? Nutzt die Gelegenheit 
als Initative oder Referat präsent zu sein! Nach dem “offizielleren 
Teil” mit Präsentation wären vor der M18 (bei schlechtem Wetter drinnen) 
Stände sehr sinnvoll, wo wir locker ins Gespräch kommen können. FsR A&U 
würde sich diesmal für Waffeln-Backen anbieten, weitere Ideen sind sehr 
willkommen.

bis zum 17.04. 19:00 Uhr bei Jonas (jonas.huelsmann at uni-weimar.de) und

Dear units, dear initiatives of the M18!

Next week Thursday on 04/20 is the Student Assembly from 4-6pm at M18, 
our last event of Welcome Back Week.

What is it?
The Student Assembly is the largest grassroots instrument of student 
self-governance. The Finance Department presents the financial report 
and afterwards it can be discussed with the whole student body. That 
sounds kind of crass, unfortunately it was always a bit small the last 
times. Therefore, we want to use the occasion to play the M18 a little 
more relaxed and combine a nice afternoon with open café, with 
presentation of the committee work and especially with election 
canvassing,

The plenary assembly is therefore an ideal opportunity to discuss 
current university policy issues and also offers you, as initiatives and 
units of the M18, the opportunity to interest and recruit new members 
for your work. Therefore:
Draw attention to the event! Share the posts on Instagram and 
word-of-mouth advertising helps as well.
You are looking for members and have unfilled posts? Take the 
opportunity to be present as an initiative or unit! After the "more 
official part" with presentation, booths in front of M18 (inside in case 
of bad weather) would be very useful where we can casually engage in 
conversation. FsR A&U would offer to bake waffles this time, other ideas 
are very welcome.
