Dear Initiatives and selfadministrative Units of Stuko,
as you have probably noticed, the StuKo reforms have meant that the Unit
Initiative Coordination no longer exists and the StuKo Board has been
split into three committees. One of them is us, the StuKo Executive
Management.
We are responsible for all self-administrative units and all
initiatives, so we take over the tasks of the former Unit Initiative
Coordination, among other things. If you ever need help with anything,
you can always contact us via this mail adress!
We currently have two members in the Executive Management:
Jakob Streich (Architecture B.Sc.) and Rebecca Kelwing (Structural
Engineering M.Sc.) - in the last legislature, we were also both on the
StuKo Board so you might know us already :)
And of course we are supported in our tasks by Simone Babb, the StuKo
Management.
As you probably know, the StuKo's Initiative and budget meetings are
coming up again in October/November. That's why we are offering
initiative briefings starting this week, which are mandatory if you want
to be an initiative again in the coming budget year and apply for money
from the StuKo.
Therefore, please register for a date and let us know if no date fits.

For all the Units it is important that you hand us in your
accountability reports till October 13th (this is also the deadline for
all Initiatives to hand in the initiative application and accountability
reports) so we can plan the new budget with your expenses as well.
Otherwise, we wish you a great lecture-free period and a wonderful
summer!
Your StuKo Executive Management
Rebecca & Jakob
