[Tonraum] Ein Gruß von der Geschäftsführung

Hallo liebe alle, die ihr hier im Haus ein und aus geht,

ich habe ein Anliegen, das mir in letzter Zeit recht viel Kopfschmerzen 
bereitet:

In den vergangenen Wochen ist es sehr häufig (also nicht nur 
ausnahmsweise mal, sondern mit SEHR großer Regelmäßigkeit) vorgekommen, 
dass ich morgens in eine unverschlossene M18 reinlaufe. Eigentlich immer 
ist die Tür zur Marienstraße hin unverschlossen (hier muss abends 
einfach der Riegel von innen vorgeschoben werden), sehr sehr häufig ist 
auch die Tür auf Campus-Seite nicht verschlossen, und damit meine ich 
nicht, nur einfach zugezogen und von außen nicht verschlossen, ich 
meine: der Schnapper ist noch unten und man kann ganz einfach ins Haus 
rein laufen. Es kam auch schon vor, dass zudem das Büro unverschlossen war.

Ich möchte ungern das Offensichtliche hier erörtern, nämlich was so 
alles passieren könnte, wenn man seine Wohnungstür nicht zu macht, ich 
denke, da hat jeder eine Vorstellung von und dies läßt sich ohne 
weiteres auch auf die M18 übertragen....

Daher meine große (und teilweise wiederholte) Bitte: Wenn ihr abends als 
Letzte das Haus verlasst, vergewissert Euch bitte, dass ALLE Türen 
ordnungsgemäß verschlossen sind. Für die Tür zur Marienstraße hin gilt: 
von innen den Riegel vorschieben und NICHT abschließen, weil Fluchtweg. 
Für die Tür hin zum M18-Garten: Schnapper nach oben (befindet sich im 
Schließblech im Türrahmen), Tür zuziehen und - wenn ihr im Besitz eines 
Hausschlüssels seid - zwei Mal abschließen. Selbiges gilt natürlich auch 
für alle Türen im Haus! Seid ihr die letzten, die den Raum verlassen 
(ausgenommen Teeküche, Toilette, Sitzungssaal): bitte schließt die Tür ab.

unlocked, and by that I don't mean just pulled shut and not locked from 
the outside, I mean: the latch is still down and you can easily walk 
into the house. It also happened that the office was unlocked.//

you don't close your apartment door, I think everyone has an idea of 
this and this can easily be transferred to the M18.....//

//Therefore my big (and partly repeated) request: If you are the last to 
leave the house in the evening, please make sure that ALL doors are 
properly locked. For the door to the Marienstraße: slide the bolt from 
the inside and DO NOT lock it, because it is an escape route. For the 
door to the M18-Garten: Lift the latch (located in the strike plate in 
the door frame), pull the door shut and - if you have a house key - lock 
it twice. The same applies to all doors in the house, of course! If you 
are the last ones to leave the room (except for the kitchen, toilet, 
meeting room): please lock the door.//
