Who am I?

Freshman MSc EUS, first year at Bauhaus and first months in Weimar.
That’s pretty much all there is to say about me at the moment. The rest is
that I like going to the movies and miss Büdchen (especially Dortmunder
Expo, although Sterni is second place in my all-time Späti-Tierlist).

Why am I running?

I was approached on my way to the cafeteria. That gave me the idea. The
current university budget cuts were already on my mind during my MA in
Düsseldorf. It’s important to me to fight against this and to stand up for
student life and initiatives. And somehow, there seem to be not so many
people right now. I am already a student representative on the IfEU
Institute Council, so maybe that would be a good fit.

If you had the choice, which cafeteria meal would you be and why?

The cafeteria food here takes some getting used to, sorry. I identify
most with the carrot cake. Carrot cake is also known as Rüblitorte. My
brother’s name is Ruben, so it reminds me of him. (Other than that, he has
little to do with Rüblitorte, though). But M18 is cool.
